Sugar-Free Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 medium apples
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. tapioca
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. brown Sugar Twin
    1/2 c. white grape juice (apple or orange juice may be used)
    6 to 8 dates, chopped
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Plump raisins by adding 1/4 cup water to raisins and cook on High heat in microwave for 2 minutes.
    Cool (juice will help sweeten pie).
    Peel and thinly slice apples.
    Add all remaining ingredients to apples and mix thoroughly.
    Pour into lower crust. Dot with butter.
    Add top crust.
    Crimp edges.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
