Stuffed Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large cabbage, cored
2 Tbsp. butter
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. hot water
1 lb. ground lean beef
1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed tomato soup (undiluted)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 bay leaf
Preparation
-
In boiling water to cover, cook cabbage for about 5 minutes, or until leaves become pliable.
Remove 6 large leaves and set aside.
