Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Mix oil and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Add vanilla. Mix flour, one cup at a time.
    Roll in balls.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Flatten balls with the bottom of a glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
