Cheddar And Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash, sliced (6 c.)
    2 beaten egg yolks
    2 beaten egg whites
    1/2 c. crumbled bacon
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook squash in small amount of water until tender; drain. Sprinkle with salt.
    Mix sour cream, egg yolks and flour.
    Fold in egg whites.
