Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 average size potatoes
12 oz. liquid cheese or 1 can cheese soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
1 c. milk
1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
3 green onions, chopped
Preparation

Peel and slice potatoes.
I use my Salad Shooter.
Potatoes should be sliced thin.
In a mixing bowl, combine all other ingredients except the chopped green onions.
Beat with a mixer until smooth.
