Pumpkin Raisin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. each: cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves
    1/2 c. raisins
    3 egg whites
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin
    2 Tbsp. molasses
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly oil a 5 x 9-inch loaf pan. Combine both types of flour, baking powder, baking soda and spices.
    Mix well.
    Add raisins.
    In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
    Beat with fork; add flour mixture.
    Mix all ingredients until moistened.
    (Dough will be stiff.)
    Place dough in prepared pan.
    Smooth the top with the back of spoon.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
    Cool on wire rack 5 minutes.
