Pork Tofu - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. thinly sliced pork
1 block firm tofu, cubed
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chop suey vegetables
1 medium onion, sliced
6 green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 cans (4 oz.) whole mushrooms, drained
1 Tbsp. minced ginger root
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
2 Tbsp. mirin
1 Tbsp. salad oil
1/4 tsp. MSG (optional)
Preparation

Place pork in a 3-quart microwave baking dish.
Cover and microwave on High power for 3 minutes.
Stir well, cover and microwave 3 more minutes or until pork is cooked.
Place tofu, chop suey vegetables, onions, mushrooms and ginger on pork.
In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour over tofu mixture.
Cover and microwave on High power for 6 more minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
