Taffel'S Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 regular size pkg. strawberry or cherry jello
1 medium can crushed pineapple
1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
24 large marshmallows
1 c. chopped pecans
8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Drain pineapple.
Use enough juice and water to make 1 1/2 cups.
Let the mixture boil and add to the jello.
Drop in marshmallows and dissolve.
Add pineapple, cottage cheese and nuts.
Do not add Cool Whip until mixture is completely cooled. Let stand in refrigerator 12 hours before serving.
