Cheesy Meatloaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. extra lean ground chuck
1 large egg
1/2 c. diced onion
1/4 c. catsup or BBQ sauce
1 cup of grated cheese-any kind
1/4 lb. ground pork
1 c. bread crumbs or oatmeal
Salt and pepper to taste
1 jar 7 oz. sliced mushrooms
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325 degrees; Mix all ingredients together except cheese and mushrooms in a large bowl.
Pat out into rectangle shape onto a piece of wax paper, similar to 13 x 9. Sprinkle cheese and mushrooms over this, holding one end of the wax paper, slowly rolling the cheese covered meat into a roll patting the ends to close and hold the cheese and mushrooms in as you roll. Put into a greased loaf pan and bake at 325 degrees for about 40 to 60 minutes.
