Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tubes crescent dinner rolls (smash into a crust)
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 powder Ranch dressing
    1/2 c. Miracle Whip
    1 Tbsp. milk
    chopped broccoli
    chopped cauliflower
    chopped carrots
    shredded cheese
Preparation
    Bake the crescent rolls at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes; let cool.
    Mix the cream cheese dressing, Miracle Whip and milk together and spread mixture onto crust.
    Top the pizza with the chopped vegetables and shredded cheese.
