Maryland Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1 large egg
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    oil for frying
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, egg, mayonnaise and seasonings. Add crabmeat and mix gently but thoroughly.
    Shape into 6 cakes. Fry in hot oil (350\u00b0) until browned.
