Buttermilk Biscuits(Best) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. solid shortening
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients and cut in shortening. Add buttermilk and mix with fork just until holds shape.
    Mix lightly with hands about 10 times.
    Pat dough down to about 1/2-inch thickness.
    Cut out in rounds.
    Bake on ungreased baking sheet in a 450\u00b0 oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Serves 10.
