Ingredients

2 oz. cream cheese
1 2/3 c. powdered sugar
2 drops food coloring (your choice)
1/4 tsp. flavoring (your choice)
Preparation

Mash cream cheese and add flavoring and coloring.
Mix in powdered sugar and then knead with hands until the consistency of pie dough.
Roll into marble size balls and dip into granulated sugar.
Press sugared side into candy molds and unmold onto waxed paper.
Makes about 25 roses and 25 leaves.
