Chinese Barbecued Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. dry red wine
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 tsp. red food coloring (optional; looks nicer with)
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 green onion, chopped coarse
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    1 (16 to 18 oz.) pork tenderloin
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in Ziploc bag.
    Add pork; mix well and refrigerate 3 to 10 hours (or overnight), turning occasionally. Drain pork, reserving marinade.
    Place pork on wire rack over baking pan.
    Bake in preheated oven (350\u00b0), turning and basting often until cooked through, approximately 45 to 60 minutes.
    Slice into thin diagonal slices.
