Country Style Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. no fat or lite margarine
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. each: basil leaves and oregano leaves
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 chicken breasts, boned, skinned and split
    1/4 c. white wine or apple juice
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Melt margarine.
    Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, garlic salt and salt.
    Dip chicken in melted margarine; coat with crumb mixture.
    Reserve the remaining margarine.
    Place chicken on ungreased baking pan.
    Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until fork-tender.
