Blueberry Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 pt. fresh blueberries
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. sifted flour
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Cover
    bottom of an 8-inch square pan with blueberries. Mix 3/4
    cup
    of sugar, butter, baking powder, salt, milk and flour together
    until
    crumbly.
    Pour
    over blueberries.
    Mix remaining sugar
    and cornstarch; sprinkle over flour mixture. Pour
    2/3
    cup boiling
    water
    over top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Yields 9 servings.
