Margaret'S Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 bottle red food coloring (1 oz.)
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. soda
    pinch of salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix oil, sugar, eggs and coloring together.
    Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk.
    Add vanilla.
    Bake in 3 layers at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
