Sweet Potato Raisin Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 medium sweet potatoes, cooked
1/2 c. raisins
1 egg
3 Tbsp. flour

Preparation

Mash the potatoes and beat in egg.
Mix in raisins.
Drop from tablespoon into a heated greased frypan.
Brown slowly on both sides.
Makes 12 patties.
