Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes
    1/2 stick butter
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    12 oz. sour cream
    1/2 c. green onions with tops, chopped
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in skin (not too well done).
    Peel and grate coarsely.
    Season with salt, pepper, onions and sour cream.
    Add cheese and melted butter; mix lightly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
