Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
4 c. beef stock
2 c. onions, sliced
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. parsley
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Saute onions in butter; add beef stock, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
