Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
Preparation

Mix first five ingredients well.
Put in graham cracker crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
(I usually cook mine about 30 minutes.)
Cool 5 minutes.
Mix sour cream, remaining sugar and vanilla.
Put on top and bake 10 minutes more.
