Spread-A-Burger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cooked ground beef, drained
    1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce or prepared mustard
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    8 long, hard rolls, split
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    In a large bowl, blend meat, soup, seasoning, onion and pepper until thoroughly mixed.
    Spread 1/4 cup meat mixture on each roll half.
    Spread to cover edges.
    Place rolls, meat side up, on baking dish.
    Broil 4 to 6 inches from the heat for 7 to 8 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and continue until cheese is melted.
    Makes 8 servings.
