Egg Nog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs, separated
    12 Tbsp. sugar
    6 c. milk
    6 tsp. vanilla, almond or rum flavoring
    2 c. heavy cream
    2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
    Add egg yolks.
    Beat well.
    Add sugar gradually, beating well.
    Add milk and flavoring. Beat well.
    Whip the heavy cream. Fold gently into eggnog. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
