Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cornmeal
    1/4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    1 carton sour cream (small)
    1 c. cream-style corn (small)
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 medium onion
    jalapeno peppers to taste
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
    Mix
    cornmeal,\tsugar,\teggs,
    oil,
    sour
    cream, corn, buttermilk,
    onion and jalapeno peppers together.
    Grease iron skillet.
    Pour
    in\thalf
    the batter.
    Brown the hamburger and add peppers.
    Sprinkle\thamburger
    on
    the
    top of the batter; leave rim
    around edges.\tSprinkle cheese on top of hamburger. Pour on rest of the batter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes
    to 1 hour.
