Ingredients

1/3 c. spicy brown mustard
3 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. ketchup
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. Tabasco pepper sauce
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
Preparation

In medium bowl, mix mustard, honey, ketchup, garlic and Tabasco sauce.
Reserve 1/4 cup of mixture.
Add chicken to the rest and stir to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
