Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat
1 egg
1 chopped onion
1/2 tsp. powdered sage
1/4 c. uncooked rice
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can water
salt and pepper
1 tsp. butter
Preparation

Brown onion in butter. Bring rice to boil in enough water to cover.
Remove from heat and drain.
Mix all of the ingredients except the tomato soup and water.
Form into balls and place in a casserole dish.
Mix soup and water together.
Pour over meatballs.
Bake in a moderate oven for 45 minutes.
