Yellow Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Cook squash in salted water.
    Saute onion and pepper in small amount
    of
    butter.
    Drain
    tomatoes.
    Add
    to
    onions. Drain squash and combine
    with tomatoes.
    Grate cheese; add to squash. Bake in greased dish at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
