Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 (32 oz.) jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
    1 carton (12 oz.) cottage cheese
    2 eggs
    8 lasagna noodles, raw
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Microwave ground beef 7 minutes on High.
    Drain.
    Add Ragu sauce; microwave on High 5 more minutes.
    In small mixing bowl, mix cottage cheese and eggs.
    Using a 3-quart dish, layer 1 1/4 cups beef/sauce mixture, 4 lasagna noodles, 1/2 egg mixture, 1 cup Mozzarella cheese.
    Repeat one more time, reserving a little sauce to top last layer of noodles.
    Top with Parmesan cheese.
    Cover with lid or waxed paper.
    Microwave on High 8 minutes, then reduce power 50% and cook another 30 minutes or until noodles are tender. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
