Crawfish Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 block butter or margarine
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    3 pods garlic, chopped
    1/4 cup green onions
    1 lb. crawfish tails
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 cups cooked rice
    1/2 cup water
    3 slices bread, moistened
Preparation
    Saute seasonings in butter.
    Add crawfish, soup, and water. Mix well; then add bread and rice.
    Mix well.
    Pour into a baking dish and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
