Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
2 egg yolks
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
Preparation

Mix flour,
sugar
and\tegg
yolks
with milk in top of double boiler and cook 10 minutes over boiling water.
Remove from heat and
add
butter
and vanilla.
Pour into baked pie shells and add
whipped egg whites on top.
Return to oven to brown lightly.
