Banana Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
ripe bananas (about 6 or 8)
    1 can (14 oz./398 gr) condensed milk
1 can milk (use the condensed milk can to measure it)
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 eggs, separate yolks and whites
1 can Nestle light cream or 1 small box whipped cream (light cream is better)
    4 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
Fry the bananas in butter or cooking spray.
    Set aside.
In a heavy saucepan, mix condensed milk, milk, cornstarch and egg yolks.
Bring to a boil, stirring all the time.
Cook over low heat until thick and nonstick to bottom of pan.
Do not stop stirring or mixture may burn.
    Let cream cool before using.
In a bowl, beat egg whites at high speed until stiff peaks form.
Add sugar and beat until well blended.
Add light cream and mix well. Pour bananas in bottom of a serving dish.
Cover with egg yolk cream and top with beaten egg whites.
Chill for at least one hour before serving.
    Keep refrigerated.
