Vidalia Chrysanthemums - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large onions
1 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Slice onions into 6 wedges each, but do not cut all the way through.
Onions should still be connected at the top and bottom.
Place in a 2-quart casserole dish.
Melt butter and pour over onions and then spread soup over onions. Sprinkle with cheese and pimentos. Cover and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and return to oven for another 15 to 30 minutes or until onions are done.
