2 small pkg. vanilla pudding
8 oz. pkg. fresh frozen coconut
1 deep-dish pie shell
egg whites (for meringue)
Preparation

Cook pudding by directions on the package.
When pudding begins to thicken, pour in the coconut and stir thoroughly for 1 minute.
Pour into pie shell.
Top with meringue and brown lightly.
