Wacky Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
6 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cold water

Preparation

Sift together in an 8 x 8-inch ungreased cake pan the flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and salt.
Make 3 wells in the dry ingredients. In one well pour oil, in second well pour vinegar and in third well vanilla.
Pour over the entire thing the water.
Mix very thoroughly, being sure the corners are mixed.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
No need to frost this cake.
Makes 9 servings.
