Savannah Red Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 strips bacon
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    2 green peppers, chopped
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. tomato sauce
    1 lb. cooked shrimp and/or cooked sausage
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    In large skillet, fry bacon crisp and remove to paper towel. Save drippings in skillet.
    Brown pepper and onions in drippings. Add rice and remaining ingredients.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven in a greased 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle top with cheese.
    Bake 30 minutes.
