Cheese Topped Spinach - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. jar marinated artichokes, drained or frozen, marinated in Italian dressing
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. milk
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Place artichokes in greased 1-quart baking pan.
Drain spinach and spread over artichokes.
Blend cheese with butter, then mix in milk.
Spread cheese mixture over spinach.
Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake 10 minutes longer.
Makes 4 to 5 servings.
