Sweet And Sour Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 potatoes, peeled and cooked (dice)
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 medium red pepper, diced
    1 medium green pepper, diced
    celery seed to taste
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2/3 c. vinegar
    2/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cook eggs, margarine, vinegar and sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens (about 12 minutes). If mixture becomes too thick, add a little milk.
    If too lumpy, you may strain mixture.
    Pour mixture over potatoes, onion and peppers and mix thoroughly.
    Best if refrigerated overnight.
