Mix In The Pan Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. shredded carrots
    1/4 c. water
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In an 8 or 9-inch square pan, mix dry ingredients.
    Add carrots, eggs, oil, water and vanilla.
    Mix well with a fork until blended.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Serves 9.
