Four Cheese Baked Ziti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. half and half
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1 1/4 c. shredded provolone cheese
1 1/4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 1/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
8 oz. ziti pasta
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Butter a 2 quart ovenproof casserole dish and set aside.
Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente.
Drain.
Bring half and half, basil, and crushed red pepper to a simmer in a large saucepan over medium high heat.
Add cheeses one handful at a time, stirring constantly until cheeses are melted and smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in eggs.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix in pasta and spoon into prepared dish.
Bake until heated through, approximately 10 minutes.
