Chocolate Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. sugar
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 large tub Cool Whip
    2 (4 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
    3 c. milk
    chocolate chips or nuts for garnish
Preparation
    Melt margarine, cool and mix with pecans and flour.
    Press mixture into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes; let cool.
