Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    macaroni
    1 tsp. margarine, melted
    1 beaten egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dried mustard
    3 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Boil macaroni until tender and drain.
    Stir in melted margarine and beaten egg.
    Add cheese, leaving enough to sprinkle on top.
    Pour into buttered casserole dish.
    Mix mustard and salt with 1 teaspoon hot water; add milk, then pour mixture over casserole.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes until custard is set and top is a crusty golden brown.
