Sanbakkels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 c. butter
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp. almond extract
3 to 4 c. flour
Preparation

Cream butter until soft.
Add sugar and blend well.
Add eggs and extract and mix well.
Add flour just enough to handle.
Press into molds, making as thin as possible.
Bake until light brown. Cool in tins, then remove.
