Chocolate Cake Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 stick oleo
1 small can Pet milk (2/3 c.)
5 tsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt

Preparation

Mix all together but the oleo and vanilla.
Cook about 5 minutes, then add oleo and vanilla.
