Summer Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. boneless lean country-style pork ribs
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 c. onions, chopped
    1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    1 c. ketchup
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place ribs in a shallow roasting pan.
    In a bowl mix remaining ingredients; pour sauce over ribs.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours or until tender.
