Low-Fat Cream Cheese Cake Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box light white cake mix
    1 tsp. vanilla
    8 oz. fat-free cream cheese
    3 egg substitutes (3/4 c.)
    1 c. liquid margarine substitute
    2 c. powdered sugar or 1 c. powdered sugar plus 12 pkg. sugar substitute
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Blend the following items with a hand mixer: 1 box cake mix, 1 egg substitute (1/4 cup), 1 cup liquid margarine substitute and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Pour into a 9 1/2 x 13-inch glass casserole dish that has been sprayed with a nonfat cooking spray.
