Fried Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. fresh mushrooms
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. lemon pepper
    1/2 c. flour
    3 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Preheat oil in frying pan.
    Add lemon pepper to buttermilk and mix well.
    Dip mushrooms in mixture; roll in flour.
    Deep-fry in oil.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Serve with dressing of your choice.
