Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (1 1/4 to 1 1/2-inches thick), cut pocket in each chop along fat side
    1 1/2 c. toasted bread cubes
    1/2 c. chopped unpared apples
    2 oz. sharp natural Cheddar cheese, shredded (about 1/2 c.)
    2 Tbsp. light raisins
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Toss together bread cubes, apples, cheese and raisins.
    Combine butter, orange juice, salt and cinnamon.
    Pour over bread mixture and toss gently.
    Stuff pork chops.
    Place in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
    Cover lightly with foil.
    Bake 15 minutes more.
    Makes 6 servings.
