Ingredients

1/3 c. soft butter
1/2 c. honey
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. chocolate chips, raisins, chopped nuts or granola or any combination of these
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix well in a large bowl butter and honey. Stir in egg and vanilla.
Mix together flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Pour flour mixture into butter mixture and stir well.
Add chocolate chips, raisins, chopped nuts or granola or any combination of these.
Mix together and drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
