Seafood Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pastry shell, baked (9-inch)
    1 small onion, minced
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. or 8 oz. can crabmeat, drained
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    1 Tbsp. salt
    cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Mix and place in preheated oven (400\u00b0); immediately reduce to 350\u00b0.
    Bake 30 minutes and let stand a few more minutes before cutting.
