Fresh Horseradish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. horseradish root, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
3/4 c. white vinegar
1 to 2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Put all ingredients in a blender.
Cover and process at grind until finely grated.
Yield:
1 1/2 cups.
